What are your rates?
Photography rates are determined by the amount of work involved in capturing your product and fulfilling your vision. This is based on a number of things such as how much styling is required, the photography and editing process in order to achieve the end result you are looking for. Other aspects that are impact pricing can include any specific props you require, custom backgrounds and image usage rights. Props that need to be sourced will be an additional cost. What is the turnaround time to receiving the images?
I prefer not to rush the creative process but if you are working with tight deadlines, I’m here to help. As a guide allow 14-21 business days to receive your images as this timeline allows for the time required to create the stunning images that I’m known for.
What services do you offer?
I offer still life product photography, food photography, monthly photography subscriptions, stop motions images, video and social media content creation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via bank transfer or Credit Card. You have the choice of paying a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my calendar or you can pay in full up front. If you pay the deposit, the balance must be paid before you receive the final images.
What types of clients do you work with?
I predominantly work with brands within the food, beverage, meal delivery, beauty (including skincare), jewellery, and lifestyle industries.
I DO NOT offer restaurant photography, portraits and headshots.
Where are you based?
My studio is based in Canberra, Australia. However, due to the nature of the business I can work with brands who are based internationally.
Do you send the products back?
If your products are non perishable items and you would like them returned, please include a return shipping label when sending their products OR arrange to pick up the products from the Studio once the shoot has been completed and the content delivered.
Please note that I may need to alter or partially use a selection of the products for creative purposes to achieve your vision. As a result any returned products may not be in a re-sellable condition.
If you would like to work together in the future I can store your products at my studio. Just let me know in advance that you’d like me to keep them for future shoots.
