Not at all! All you need to do is to ship your products to me and we can work together. Prior to your session I hold a pre-session consultation to discuss the requirements of your images in detail, to ensure we are both on the same page. This can be done via Zoom, Facebook messenger or Skype.
Lifestyle images are essential styled images that ignite your customers senses. This can be through styling your product with props that demonstrate ingredients or how the product might make them feel or in situations that might demonstrate the product in use.
I have a huge array of backgrounds and props that can provide a sense o location, mood or activity. And if need be, I can source specific props to meet your visual requirements. Should you require props to be sourced, this attracts a prop sourcing fee which is $100.
Images are delivered within 7 days of your shoot date. You will then receive an email with a link to an online gallery to view and download your images. You images will be supplied in 2 formats; web resolution for use on your website and social media platforms as well as high resolution print ready images.
50% of your session fee is required to reserve your booking. You can make a booking by clicking the BOOK NOW button below your preferred package.
Once this amount is paid and your pre-session questionnaire is completed I will be in touch to confirm your session date. When the shoot has been completed you will receive an invoice for the balance.
Once your payment has been received you will receive a link to your online image gallery.
What format do you need them in? The default is jpeg files.
Should require your images in PNG, TIF or other formats please provide this information on the pre-session questionnaire.
This depends on a number of things. If you are simply looking for images of your food or food product on a plain white or single colour background with no styling required expect up to 15 images from a 2 hour session. Less if your food or product is reflective.
If you require styled images the number of images depends on the amount of styling/set building required. If the set remains the same and the products are swapped out you can expect significantly more images than if a different set is required for each food/product.
You name it, I’ve most likely photographed it! I tend to specialise in smaller products that would typically fit on a table-top, however, if you have something bigger and you’d like to work together please feel free to contact me to discuss.
If your products are not perishable, then of course they will be returned. Items, such as food products will most likely have been opened for use in the image.
Some clients like to leave products at the studio, so that should they require additional images, there is no delay while waiting for the products to arrive. If your product is a large product and you’d like to leave it at the studio this will encounter a storage fee.
If you’d like your products returned I suggest arranging a courier to pick up the products once your images are delivered.
Prior to your session you will complete a pre-session questionnaire and we will discuss your shoot requirements via video call to ensure we are both on the same page as to how your want your products presented. During this process we will discuss specific requirements you have for your products and any specific props you might want to use in the shoot.
Should you change your mind after the shoot this will incur a reshoot fee and will need to be rescheduled.
If you require additional editing to achieve the look you require rather than reshooting this can be discussed. Minor edits are free, however, colour changes and extensive photoshopping/retouching will incur a fee.
If you feel the need to attend the shoot as you have very specific needs then I would suggest booking an in person session. Please note that the cost of an in person session will be significantly higher than this send your product and receive images approach.
You have full permission to use your images for any legitimate marketing purpose. This includes online selling platforms, brochures, website, social media, print advertising, packaging etc.
You may not on-sell the images to any third party, or use the images in a paid product without permission.
As the photographer, I retain the copyright of the image as well as the right to use the images in my portfolio and marketing materials.
